What coaching is and how it could support you
Coaching is a space designed entirely for you — a place to pause, reflect, and make sense of what is happening beneath the surface.
Unlike therapy, which often looks to the past, helping you process experiences and work through challenges with mental health, coaching is future-focused. It’s about where you are now, where you want to be, and how to move forward with clarity and confidence. Coaching focuses on a specific objective — giving you tools, awareness, and accountability to create that change you want in your life and work.
During my coaching sessions, you are asked to reflect on questions that require deep thinking with the aim of building awareness. Awareness of yourself and your environment.



What you can expect from working with me
What does working with me look like?
Coaching is 100% tailored to you from the number of sessions you want to take to the length of time you require support and the frequency you want to meet. However, a general coaching cycle - the period of time we work together - typically consists of 12 sessions + 1 cycle closing session, with weekly or bi-weekly meetings.
Your first intake session is free, and lasts max. 45 minutes: We agree on the terms of our work together and clarify your objectives. By the end of the session, you will have set out your coaching goals. This is also the session where we discuss any questions that need to be clarified before we can work together.
During our meetings, we will uncover the roots of the problems you are facing. We explore the subconscious blocks and fears that hold you back. Together, we create practical strategies that help liberate you from these outdated behaviours and emotions, and help you to get from A to B on your terms.
Each regular session is a calm and confidential space, and max. 60 minutes. It is 100% tailored to you. Sessions involve discussion, deep thinking and reflection, sometimes movement, and the celebration of your achievements. The meetings take place online or in person (in Brussels).
By the last stage, you will integrate all the changes and discoveries you made about yourself. We aim to create sustainable growth by taking powerful actions that are aligned with your values and building habits that suit your lifestyle.You will be equipped with all the tools and knowledge you need to unlock your potential.
